Aviation Competence Education (ACE)

Building Competence. Strengthening Safety. Enabling Operational Excellence.

The Aviation Competence Education (ACE) program is Shell Aviation's global competence program designed to develop, maintain, and verify the knowledge and skills required for safe and effective aviation operations.

ACE provides structured learning pathways covering HSSE, operational fundamentals, quality control, fuelling operations, maintenance activities, and advanced aviation technical competencies. Through a combination of e-learning, instructor-led training, workplace coaching, assessments, trainer guides, and reference materials, ACE helps ensure personnel are competent to perform their roles safely and consistently across the global Shell Aviation network.

Our Goal
