Initially, a single note rings out, building suspense, accompanied by the beating of a heart. The music

develops, but slowly. It’s slow but suspenseful.

[Animated sequence]

A large, red, animated heart with the Shell Helix logo on it, designed in a mechanical style so that it

resembles a car’s engine, beats in front of a dark red background.

[Visuals]

The animated sequence fades to black. As light returns to the screen, a garage is revealed and a man

walks across the camera and towards a red card, whose lights suddenly turn on as the man gets

closer to it. The shot changes to a close-up of the driver’s side of the vehicle, and the man runs his

hand across the door as he walks by. Now in the car, he adjusts the rear-view mirror and grips the

steering wheel.

[Narration]

At the heart of every engine lies a secret, an inner strength waiting to be unleashed.

[Background music plays]

The music grows louder and more intense, with more instruments added, as well as the sound of oil

coursing through a car engine.

[Animated sequence]

A container of Shell Helix Ultra engine oil, suspended above the car’s open bonnet, pours its

contents into the car. The oil then runs through the engine, and a single, luminous yellow drop is

joined by hundreds of others, connected by thin lines, representing the oil’s chemical structure. In

the vehicle, a finger pushes the start button on the dashboard, and the oil continues flowing through

the inner workings of the car, which now start to move. As the oil gets through more parts of the

engine, the camera zooms out to show the car’s bonnet, now closed, with light pulsing on top of it,

from inside to out, representing the oil working on the inside.

[Visuals]

A close-up of the speedometer on the car’s dashboard shows a fast acceleration as the engine

rumbles. The car moves powerfully along a road on the outskirts of a city, and the driver smiles with

satisfaction. Over a red background, a container of Shell Helix Ultra appears.

[Text displays]
