We’re proud to share that Shell has once again been recognised by the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark—the leading international platform for LGBT+ inclusion at work. In 2025, Shell achieved a score of 96.3%, earning ADVOCATE status for the third consecutive year. This places us among a select group of just nine companies globally to receive this distinction.
