Smiling business woman during a meeting

The success of our world-class graduate programme was acknowledged as Shell was rated one of the global top 50 most attractive employers in 2013.

Imagine kick-starting your career by contributing to the construction of the largest Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) facility. Or by developing new drilling techniques to go deeper into the seabed than ever before. The Shell Graduate Programme offers you the real deal from day one. Our graduates work on some of the most innovative projects around the globe. The programme provides a development plan, training and learning courses, and support from mentors. You’ll be all set to start developing technology firsts at the heart of the energy industry.

I wanted to work in a field that would push my limits constantly. I chose Shell because of their inter-disciplinary attitude and world-wide opportunities, within one of the most challenging industries in the world.

Like Zack, many of our graduates are now leading experts at Shell. In fact, some of our most senior executives started as Shell Graduates. Simon Henry, Chief Financial Officer, started his career as an engineer at the Stanlow refinery in the UK and Andy Brown, Director of Upstream International, joined Shell in 1984 after completing his degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Cambridge.

Take a look at some of our potential future leaders  talking about their journey as a Shell Graduate so far.
