London – Shell has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with TotalEnergies for the sale of its European onshore renewables portfolio.

London – Shell has reached an agreement to sell its 100%-owned subsidiary BG Cyprus Ltd. to MOL Group for up to $720 million, subject to customary adjustments and milestone-linked contingent payments.
