In which countries is the SAP Ariba sourcing solution available for Shell suppliers?
The SAP Ariba solution applies globally and most of Shell’ s entities currently utilise it.

I have lost the invitation e-mail which contained the supplier registration invite link from Shell. How can I access my sourcing account in the SAP Ariba Module Proposals and Questionnaires?
Please contact Shell via SSC-Supplier-Support@shell.com in order to have the invite link reset.

I have received the invite e-mail to become Shell’s supplier, however I receive the error message “Login details have expired” when trying to enter the initial login details provided.
The invite link in the e-mail is only valid for 72 hours. If 72 hours have elapsed since you first received the invite e-mail, please contact SSC-Supplier-Support@shell.com to have the invite link reset. Do note that: Only Shell can reset the link. However, if you have already activated the link received then you must contact SAP Ariba Support or use the option “I forgot my Username/Password”.

I already have an SAP Ariba account. Do I need to create another one?

I am being asked to update my Shell Supplier Profile Questionnaire through an e-mail titled “Action Required: You need to update your profile Overdue”. What do I do?
The supplier is responsible for maintaining their own company data on the Shell Supplier Profile Questionnaire, and no changes have been made to your profile within the preceding year. Follow the step by step instructions included in the e-mail notification, including clicking on the link within the e-mail, to ensure you access the correct supplier account.

Can I skip any questions from the Shell Supplier Profile Questionnaire?
All mandatory questions need to be answered in order for the questionnaire to be updated.

If I choose not to register on the SAP Ariba platform, specifically for the SAP Ariba Module Proposals and Questionnaires, will I receive any sourcing events from Shell?
No, in this case you will not be receiving any future sourcing events.
