General Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (the “GT&Cs”) constitute part two of a sales contract and the Special Provisions (as defined in the GT&Cs) negotiated and agreed between a buyer and seller form part one of such agreements.

Applicable for:
- FOB, CFR, CIF and DES deliveries;
- plus Ex-tank, Into Tank, In Situ and FIP deliveries;
- plus DAF deliveries including a supplement for deliveries via the Druzhba pipeline; and
- plus a supplement in respect of FOB sales of Oman Export Blend Crude Oil.

Applicable for:
- FOB, CFR, CIF and DES deliveries;

- plus deliveries in bulk to/by road tanker/rail cars FCA, CPT, CIP, DDU, DDP or DAF.

Shell Marine Products Sale of Marine Fuels General Terms and Conditions, October 11, 2010 Edition, for non-US delivery
- Used primarily for the sale and purchase of marine bunker fuels to marine customers on a spot and term basis;
- not applicable for US delivery of marine bunkers; and
- these GT+Cs are currently in the process of being updated. A new edition is scheduled for release by end 2012.
