She was also Chair of the Investment Banking Diversity Committee between 2010 and 2013. In 2011, Clare moved to London and became Head of EMEA Industrials, before being appointed Co‑Head of Global Industrials Investment Banking, a role she held from 2013 to 2022. During this period, she also co-chaired the Firmwide Commitments Committee between 2017 and 2022.
