In Italy, we have turned to our recently opened Zamboni solar park, located in Taranto. With more than 34,000 high-efficiency photovoltaic panels installed in an industrial area of over 17 hectares, the site has a capacity of ~20MW and is expected to generate over 30GWh of renewable energy annually. Part of this energy is planned to be supplied through a corporate power purchase agreement (CPPA) to seven Baker Hughes Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) facilities located in Italy. This is helping Baker Hughes to reduce emissions locally by around 13%.
