Early Year Internships
Discover more about the various steps and processes involved when applying for an Early Year Internship, and see if a career at Shell is what you are looking for.
An internship during the junior years of your education is an excellent way to gain exposure to real-world problems and to pick up lessons that cannot be found in the textbooks. It is an important step towards gaining an early competitive edge by applying academic concepts and principles using technology that may not be available on campus.
Shell’s internship programme provides you the opportunity to gain resume -building experiences at an organisation that drives technological innovation to unlock cleaner energy for our future.
Join a project team alongside Shell employees that excel in their fields. We’ll provide you a mentor that will support you directly and ensure you develop towards gaining a richer understanding of your field of study.
What we look for:
During the internship, you’ll have a formal mid-term review with your mentor and supervisor. Following this, there will be a final review where you’ll be asked to complete an online simulation exercise and written task. You’ll also be asked to prepare a final presentation about your project.
