We use both agile and waterfall processes to facilitate the end-to-end delivery of customer centric solutions. Business Analysts in the Solution Engineering team partner with businesses stakeholders to identify opportunities. We frame these opportunities and define the IT requirements and demands to implement various market standard solutions.
This team also focuses on standardisation and the provision of consultancy across functions.
Security & Compliance
Security & Compliance is a practice designed to ensure that technological developments are secure and meet standards & requirements.
We ensure that the right controls are implemented and operated effectively. The Security & Design Analysts in our team advise on risk assessments, control selection and design to implement controls.
Quality Engineering is a discipline which owns testing strategy, defines roadmaps, introduces market standard tools and implements enterprise standards and tests automation frameworks. The team is responsible for skills and capability development, coaching, assurance and building community of practice.
The Test Centres of Excellence and Testing Competency Centres within the Quality Engineering defines various processes, templates and guidelines. We are responsible for the performance test delivery, review test strategy and continuous coaching to ensure the right skill development is in place.
