Read below to discover more:\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EGlobal Disability Portal - this portal supports you to self-serve and develop your confidence and knowledge on topics such as framing discussions with your line manager, adjustments, and available services.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EWorkplace Accessibility service (WPA) - our WPA allows employees to request physical adjustment such as chairs, software, keyboards and more that support accessibility in the workplace. The service can help you access the most commonly requested items or connect you with functional experts who can work with you on more individualized requests.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EYour Line Manager can support with understanding what support is available or helping you to explore it. They can also work with you to explore non-physical adjustments/accommodations you may require. They can also refer you to Occupational Health for additional support.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EHuman Resources – you and you Line Manager can seek support from our internal HR teams to explore your needs and potential adjustment/accommodations.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EOccupational Health – our occupational health teams can provide confidential support in the workplace. They can listen to individual challenges, discuss possible workplace adjustments and share information on the resources available to you. They can also work with you and your Line Manager and/or HR regarding workplace support.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EenABLE Networks – we have 12 enABLE Networks globally, and they provide employees, with and without disabilities, neurodivergent conditions and/or long-term health conditions, an open forum for discussion about the subject area.
