Taking place on 8th March each year, International Women’s Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world. Gender balance is always firmly on the agenda at Shell. Having achieved our objective of 20% senior leadership roles being held by women, we are looking ahead to the next milestone and continually working towards greater inclusivity and equal representation.

We asked some of our female colleagues to tell us how a career at Shell has helped them to flourish professionally and personally. Click the images below to hear their stories.
