From 1st January 2006 all Shell fuels in Southern Africa are going to change, and in fact be further improved, as a result of the Goverment's initiated Clean Fuels Programme. For Shell customers, this is great news, because it allows us to offer a whole new portfolio of the highest quality fuels.
