Zubair Small Enterprises Centre (Zubair SEC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shell Intilaaqah that aims at collaboratively extending support to Omani entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses in the Sultanate.

Shell Oman Hosts Summer Interns from Sultan Qaboos University


Shell Development Oman (SDO) has hosted three interns from Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) this summer at its office in Mina Al Fahal. Ibrahim Al Shukri, Al-Anoud Al Musheifri and Moza Al Khadoori recently completed SDO’s two month internship programme, which provided them with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into many of the projects being conducted in SDO and Shell Technology Oman (STO).

Small, bespectacled, somewhat shy and with a smile that can light up a stadium, 5th Grader Adil Aziz dreams of playing for FC Barcelona when he grows up. Adil is one of 1000 Omani school children mentored by the Shell Development Oman and FC Barcelona Foundation FutbolNet Programme. And, admirable though Adil’s aspirations are, the goal of FutbolNet is not to create professional footballers for the future but something much more ambitious and socially relevant.
