Kuwait Shell and Kuwait Oil Company introduce ‘Seat Belts Save Lives’ campaign to Kuwait University Engineering Students
As part of Kuwait Shell’s ongoing social activities, a ‘Seat Belts Save Lives’ road safety campaign took place at Kuwait University – College of Engineering initiating the purpose of creating awareness of the importance of seatbelts and improving driving habits to college students.

Cultural Workshop
KSL organized a cultural workshop on June 22 at the Al-Americani Cultural Centre for both KSL and SKEP employees, giving the employees an opportunity to know more about the Kuwaiti culture and its ongoing traditions, what to expect from the Kuwaiti culture, and what to avoid, far away from the working atmosphere.

Kuwait Shell and Kuwait Oil Company launched‘Seat Belts Save Lives’ campaign in Kuwait
Kuwait Shell, in partnership with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), hosted a new road safety campaign entitled ‘Seat Belts Save Lives,’ which seeks to improve driving habits, encourage and educate the public in the use of seat belts and child restraints.

Shell Stresses the Importance of Natural Gas for Future Energy
Speaking at the Kuwait Oil and Gas Summit & Exhibition, Mark Carne, Shell’s Executive Vice President - Middle East and North Africa today outlined the company’s view of natural gas as a current and future source of energy for Kuwait and the region. The Kuwait Oil and Gas Summit & Exhibition, which is taking place in Kuwait between 4 and 6 April is being hosted by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), a major partner of Shell in the Middle East.

Shell signs agreements with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and Kuwait Oil Company
Shell announced today it have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation to jointly investigate new business opportunities. The MoU with KPC, covers areas of co-operation across the upstream and downstream businesses, energy security, research and development and in corporate areas such as human resources and planning.

Shell honors winning teams of the First Pre-Engineering Design Competition in Kuwait
The Shell companies in Kuwait, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Energy Center for Engineering Consultancy, today awardedthe three winning teams of Kuwait’s first Pre-Engineering Design Competition during a formal dinner event held at the Safir Hotel at Fintas under the Patronage of Minister of Education, Dr. Moudhi Al-Homoud.

Contest day for Shell’s First Pre-Engineering Design Competition
The Shell companies in Kuwait, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Energy Center for Engineering Consultancy, today held the first Pre - Engineering Design Competition. This new prestigious engineering competition for high schools was launched earlier in October last year.
