SHELL’S commitment to capacity building in Iraq continued with the recent completion of an occupational health course in International Energy City, Basrah.
The first class of Iraqi engineers trained in Shell’s globally renowned Well Engineering Round 1 program graduated today in Basra, located in the Southern region of the country. The graduation ceremony was attended by Simon Daman Willems, Majnoon General Manager, Rob Tinkhof, Wells General Manger Iraq, Sharif Currey, Shell Wells Competence Development Trainer as well as representatives from Halliburton, Nabors and Eelco.
