Social investment is Shell’s voluntary contribution to support communities and the broader society in which we operate. In 2008, our country operations spent a total of approximately $148 million on social investment.

This involves applying market principles and Business DNA- Business thinking models and discipline – to figure out solutions to developmental challenges This ‘more than money’ approach is what sets us apart from traditional foundations.
