On top of your competitive starter salary, you’ll be recognised and rewarded through performance-related pay and bonuses. Shell Sharesave Scheme

Approved by the Inland Revenue and administered by the Halifax, our Sharesave Scheme allows Shell employees to save money and invest in Royal Dutch Shell plc. You can decide how much you want to save and for how long.

At the end of the savings period, you can either withdraw your savings in cash along with a tax-free bonus from the Halifax, or use the equivalent amount to buy shares in Royal Dutch Shell plc.

Wherever possible we provide flexible working patterns and you may be able to work remotely from home. Some locations offer flexi-time so you can start your working day earlier or later to fit your needs.

We regularly conduct surveys amongst employees to identify any issues or areas for improvement. This can take the form of online surveys, discussion forums or interactive webcasts. For example, we regularly conduct the online ‘Shell People Survey’ on a global basis. This gives everyone a chance to make suggestions on improving the work environment, developing policies or addressing areas of concern.
