Partners in Safety has three themes (Leadership, Learning and Care for People). All three are underpinned by Human Performance to drive us towards our vision of a ‘Zero Incident Industry’.Human Performance includes the 5 Principles, Learner Mindset and Causal Reasoning.
Reflective Learning
A library of reflective learning themes that provide an opportunity to reflect on the causes of incidents in order to gain a deeper behavioural understanding on learning using the structured reflective learning concept.
