Management Reporting

The electronic data collection of odometer readings together with purchase data, enables Shell Fleet Card to process information that is essential to cost management efficiency. Shell Fleet Card offers clear and concise management monthly reports that ensure you to meet your requirements.

The monthly report is composed of 2 main parts:

	Statement The report of fuel cost for each vehicle that use Shell Fleet Card.

	Fleet Management Report A report that summarises cost and performance for each vehicle in the fleet, and sub-totals by your cost centres. This report separates fuel and lubricant purchases and summarises fuel consumption efficiency data for the current month and year-to-date for each vehicle.
