Shell Aviation is committed to:
|
|
- pursue the goal of no harm to people
- protect the environment
- use material and energy efficiently to provide our products and services
- develop products and services consistent with these aims
- publicly report on our performance

In this way we aim to have an HSE performance we can be proud of, to earn the confidence of customers, shareholders and society at large, to be a good neighbour and to contribute to sustainable development. Our HSE policy is:
|
|
- to have a systematic approach to HSE management designed to ensure compliance with Shell Group practice or the law, whichever is more stringent, and to achieve continuous performance improvement
- to set targets for improvement and measure, appraise and report performance
- require contractors to manage HSE in line with this policy
- require joint ventures under our operational control to apply this policy
- use our influence to promote this policy in other ventures not under our direct control
- include HSE performance in the appraisal of staff and reward accordingly
