Application on G.I. Roofs
|
|
- Clean the G.I. roof with water to remove rust, dust and other dirt.
- Then, apply one coat of Shell Flintkote Black Primer.
- Then, apply pure Shell Flintkote No. 5 on one direction.Let it dry for 3 days.
- Lastly, apply 2 coats of Shell Flintkote Decoralt.

Application on concrete deck roof
|
|
- Clean the deck roof with water to remove dust and other dirt.Then, apply one coat of Shell Flintkote Black Primer.
- Apply pure coat of Shell Flintkote No. 5.Then, place marglass membrane.When it’s dry, apply Shell Flintkote No. 5 on a perpendicular direction.Let it dry for 3 days.
- Lastly, apply 1-2 coats of Shell Flintkote Decoralt. Place concrete topping if the deck roof is often used.

Floor Water Proofing System |
|
This system is used for waterproofing areas that are usually wet.
|
|
Application
|
|
- Clean the floor with water to remove dust and dirt.
- For floors with old coating, remove the chipped off parts by scraping, grinding, wire brush or sanding.Then, clean with water.
- Apply Shell Flintkote Black Primer.
- Then, apply pure Shell Flintkote Ultra.
- When dry, place Shell Flintkote FG 4 which is a fiberglass membrane.
- Apply again pure Shell Flintkote Ultra.Place tiles or concrete topping when dry.

Wall Damp-Proofing System |
|
This system is designed for concrete walls that needs damp-proofing.
|
|
Application
|
|
- New concrete surfaces should be cured for 28 days before applying the damp-proofing system.
- Clean the wall with water to remove chipped off parts, dust and other dirt.
- For walls with old coating, remove chipped off parts by scraping, grinding, wire brush or sanding.Then, clean with water.
- Apply pure Shell Flintkote Colourflex with 10% water. Let it dry.
- Then, apply Shell Flintkote Colourflex again.When it is already dry, apply final coating of Shell Flintkote to complete the wall damp-proofing system.

Toilet and Wet Area Waterproofing System |
|
This system is used for the waterproofing or damp-proofing of comfort rooms, shower rooms, laundry area, kitchen, balcony, water tank, fountain, etc.

Application
|
|
- Clean the floors and walls with water.Remove the chipped off parts, dust and other dirt.
- For floors and walls with old coating, removed chipped off parts by scraping, grinding, wire brush or sanding.Then, clean with water.
- Apply Shell Flintkote Hydroguard with 10% water.Let it dry.
- Apply Shell Flintkote Hydroguard again.When it is dry, apply final coat of Shell Flintkote Hydroguard to complete the toilet and wet area waterproofing system.
