Individual Cardholder Report Details the transactions for the selected billing period for each card selected, and provides fuel efficiency and product summaries. It reports one vehicle per page and is suitable for printing and distributing to drivers or line managers. Card Lists Report Lists card details for all cards on an account, including status, expiry date, and last used date. Transaction Report Details transactions for the selected period, and can be sorted and filtered via selected parameters. All the information held about each transaction is available for viewing. Fuel Management Report Summaries purchases for the selected billing period by vehicle. It provides a summary of the usage, purchases and fuel efficiency of vehicles in the selected period and provides a comparison with rolling years. Triggered Smart Alerts Report Allows triggered alerts to be viewed, and can be sorted and filtered to isolate specific groups of alerts. This report is available if you have subscribed to the Shell Card Online Triggered Smart Alerts function. You can also use Alert Management to help you know when a cardmember is approaching the card/ usage limit for the month. Statement of Account Shows a summary of purchases, outstanding invoices from the previous month and payment received. |
