Reporting and addressing suspected violations of the law or the  Shell General Business Principles (SGBP) is of critical importance in protecting our reputation and the value of the Shell brand. To ensure we are aware of and responding to all such suspected violations, the Shell Ethics and Compliance Office has established the Shell Helpline and retained Global Compliance Services, an independent firm, to receive, via Internet and telephone lines, information and complaints regarding possible violation of laws, regulations and the SGBP. Reports received via the Shell Helpline will be passed to authorized persons within the Shell Group, who will ensure they are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. The Helpline is available to customers, suppliers, partners, advisors and employees of Shell.
