Nicolas holds an Engineering degree from the French Civil Engineer School, ESTP. After working for two years in one of France's largest consulting firms, he joined Shell Europe Oil Products in 2001 as MIS.coordinator.

Xenia: QHSSE Advisor Germany & Czech Republic

Xenia joined Shell in 1990, working in production planning in the Hamburg Refinery and later in distribution (rail and barge transport).

Nagaroobini: Senior Associate Engineer – Bitumen (Shell Global Solutions)

Roobini has a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Chemistry from University of Technology Malaysia. She worked as research assistant in biotechnology research and development fields before joining Shell.

John: Bitumen Business Manager, China

John has a Master Degree in Management from Tsinghua University,  and is currently Shell Bitumen Business Manager for China.

Rajesh: Marketing Implementor - India

Rajesh has worked in the Indian Oil Industry for 11 years and recently moved to Shell Bitumen as Marketing Implementer for India.

Andy: Technical Manager, North and Central Europe

Andy has worked in the construction industry for the past 22 years.  Three years ago he moved to Shell Bitumen as Asphalt Development Manager for the UK and Ireland.
