Shell Marine Habitat

Shell Oil Company Foundation and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation announced a multi-year partnership in 1998 to fund natural resource conservation projects in the Gulf of Mexico. The program is now funded by Shell's Social Investment area. Through the Shell Marine Habitat Program, challenge grants are awarded to programs and projects that help protect, conserve or enhance the Gulf of Mexico's ecosystem.
