Shell's Downstream business sector comprises those businesses that are downstream from the exploration and production of oil and gas.

 

Supply and Distribution handles the supplying of petroleum to Downstream Manufacturing, whose refineries and chemical plants produce oil products and chemicals that are distributed to industrial and commercial customers. Distribution also serves Retail business, which sells fuels to the general public through a nationwide network of gas stations, while Business to Business sells our oil products to other businesses. Lubricants manufactures and markets a wide array of popular consumer brands of motor oil and car care products, as well as industrial products.
