Paul joined Central Human Resources (HR) in September 2006. He leads the HR UK department that has responsibility for UK employment policies including remuneration and benefits. Paul is a trustee of the UK Pension Fund and has membership of various external bodies including the Employment Policy Committee of the CBI. He joined Shell Human Resources in 1977 after completing B.Sc(Econ) and M.Sc degrees at the LSE and has worked internationally in all the major businesses including most recently Shell's Oil Trading and Shipping business.
