Nick joined Shell in 1988 and has held a variety of marketing and sales positions in the Retail organisation. Immediately prior to becoming General Manager in April 2006 he was Cluster Fuels & Forecourt Marketing Manager for the UK & Nordics, and before that had been Forecourt Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland. Nick is responsible for delivery of the customer offer across 850+ service stations; managing the implementation of Retail business strategy; and full P&L responsibility.
