Madagascar

Shell began its operations in Madagascar in 2000, acquiring a part of the National Oil Company SOLIMA. Today Shell is represented in the country through Société Malgache des Pétroles Shell (SMPS) which is providing fuel and lubricants to industrial customers and retail stations. We are also part o the Logistique Pétrolière S.A. joint venture with TOTAL, managing primary transport and depots.
