1. The Shell Company of Thailand Limited extends the repair warranty of Shell Gasohol 95 under the following terms and conditions:
1.1 The oil product under the repair warranty refers to Shell Gasohol 95 available only at Shell gas stations;
1.2 Automobiles and motorcycles covered by the warranty must be those whose manufacturers and models appear on the list in 
www.Shell.co.th/Gasohol95 and Shell’s product leaflet;
1.3 Shell’s warranty of repair and/or replacement of spare parts in the interior of the engines is limited to standard engines and/or spare parts installed by respective manufacturers;
1.4 Claims for repair services under the warranty terms and conditions must be substantiated by valid proofs, e.g. receipts from Shell Gas Stations or credit card slips;
1.5 The repair service under the warranty terms and conditions is available within one month after the date of purchase of Shell Gasohol 95;
1.6 Seeking repair service under the warranty terms and conditions, the claimant’s automobile engines must be jointly inspected by the respective manufacturer or officially authorized dealer and Shell to identify the cause of damage. The claimant must abide by the terms laid down by Shell.
2. Should the inspection indicate that the damage is directly caused by the use of Shell Gasohol 95, Shell contains its liability only to the costs involved in the repair of damaged engines and/or spare parts. The repair service must be undertaken by respective automobile manufacturers or officially authorized dealers.
In addition, Shell will replenish the oil tank following the claimant’s request as part of our compensation.
