Shell Flintkote

High quality Shell composite product under the name "Flintkote" is a series of high performance waterproofings products which offers a complete protection for the building envelope down from the basement to the roof structure. Flintkote products are designed to integrate with each other to ensure a seamless waterproofing barrier to keep water out.

	Shell Flintkote Super   Flintkote Super is a liquid applied, water-based, elastomeric waterproofing coating that provide long lasting waterproofing on applications which require enhanced elongation characteristics.  Flintkote Super is made of polymer modified bitumen which cures to form a seamless waterproofing membrane that is durable, highly flexible and elastomeric.  Its excellent elastomeric property, with > 1,000% elongation, allows the cured membrane to accomodate thermal stress typically found in roofing application.   Flintkote Super is easy to apply and safe to use with no harmful vapour.  Its membrane is completely seamless and lap free and it is suitable for use over any shape of substrate.  It can be applied to damp surface without standing water such as green concrete surface.  Its excellent adhesion property to the substrate prevents lateral migration of water underneath.  No flow or sagging of the film at elevated temperatures even on vertical surface.  Flintkote Super cured film accommodates thermal movement in the substrate without cracking.
	Shell Flintkote No.3, No.5, and No.7   General purpose waterproofing material for use on such materials as concrete, asbestos cement, roofing felt and mastic asphalt as a water and moisture barrier. Provides protection against corrosion of pipes, structured steelwork and other metallic equipment, for use as a bituminous primer on permeable surfaces such as concrete, when diluted with water.
	Shell Flintkote Colourflex   Shell Flintkote Colourflex is a unique one part water-based tripolymer coating which cures to form a tough but elastic waterproofing membrane bonded securely to the substrate. Shell Flintkote Colourflex is UV resistant and is specifically designed for exterior waterproofing applications with no ponding situations. It can be applied on concrete, fibrous cement sheet, concrete block, brick, metal and bituminous membrane.   Shell Flintkote Colourflex also can be used in exposed situations like exposed roofing, podium decks, box gutters, external wall, parapet walls, window and balcony dooring sills. Shell Flintkote colourflex comes in a range of pleasing colours i.e. white, grey, red, green and sand designed to enhance the appearance of your building and a range of pack size 1 kg., 2 kg., and 5 kg.

	Shell P.F. 4   A solvent-based bituminous product for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete, roofing felt, asbestos cement sheeting, asphalt and wood against weather and corrosion.
	Shell G.F. 8   This adhesive is used for the installation of thermoplastic and vinyl asbestos tiles to sound level base such as concrete, most proprietary underlayments, cementitious screeds and wooden sub-floors.
	Shell Decoralt    Synthetic resin based coating with a mineral filler use as decorative, protective, reflective non-skid surface treatment for use on concrete floor, brick work, mastic and over bituminous coatings on walls and roofs. It is not a vapour barrier and therefore permits breathing when applied over concrete, brick work and similar materials. Dry to a matt finish.
