Fleet Management Report

An ideal management tool that summarises cost and performance information for each vehicle in the fleet, and sub-totals by your cost centres. This report separates fuel and lubricant purchases and summarises fuel efficiency data for the current month and year-to-date for each vehicle.

Fleet Management Report is comprised of:

1. Vehicles 's cost of Each Cost Centre, so you can easily manage and examine the vehicles cost of ach cost center.
2. Monthly Fuel Cost of each vehicle, and Historical Fuel Cost, which report the amount purchase in each year since Shell Fleet Card is applied.
3. The latest odometer reading of each car, easing you track the amount purchased whether it is greater than what you would expect or the capacity of the fuel tank.
4. Distance Traveled and Amount of Fuel (Litres) of each vehicle in the current month
5. Average Fuel Amount (Litres) per Kilometre and Average Fuel Cost (Baht) per Kilometre of each vehicle, supporting your vehicle maintenance

How to Calculate Distance Traveled (km.) for each vehicle

• The latest odometer reading of the current month will be automatically subtracted by the latest odometer reading of the last month.
• Fuel Cost will be divided by Distance Traveled, which is calculated from the first step in order to get the cost of each kilometre (Baht per Kilometre).
