General Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (the “GT&Cs”) constitute part two of a sales contract and the Special Provisions (as defined in the GT&Cs) negotiated and agreed between a buyer and seller form part one of such agreements.
Shell International Trading and Shipping Company Limited General Terms and Conditions for Sales and Purchases of Crude Oil
Applicable for:
- FOB, CFR, CIF and DES deliveries;
- plus Ex-tank, Into Tank, In Situ and FIP deliveries;
- plus DAF deliveries including a supplement for deliveries via the Druzhba pipeline;
- plus a supplement in respect of FOB sales of Oman Export Blend Crude Oil.
Shell International Trading and Shipping Company Limited General Terms and Conditions for Sales and Purchases of Products
Applicable for:
- FOB, CFR, CIF and DES deliveries;
- plus Barge deliveries (FOB, CFR, CIF);
- plus Ex-tank, Into Tank, In Situ and FIP deliveries;
- plus deliveries in bulk to/by road tanker/rail cars FCA, CPT, CIP, DDU, DDP or DAF.
Shell Nederland Raffinaderij BV/Shell Deutschland Oil GMBH/Shell Trading Rotterdam BV General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Crude Oil and Oil Products
- Applicable mainly for the Rotterdam barge market for North West Europe trades;
- Include provisions for:
- FOB, FCA;
- CFR/CPT, CIF/CIP; and
- DDU, DDP, DAF, DES.
