Harburg

In 2000, Shell became the first petroleum company to commission wind turbines. These two are located at the Harburg Refinery.

La Muela

La Muela is located 15 kilometres south-west of the city of Zaragoza. La Muela has been operational since February 2003.

Rock River

Rock River in Wyoming was Shell WindEnergy’s first commercial -scale windpark, consisting of 50 turbines.

Brazos

160 turbines are up and running 90 miles Southeast of Lubbock, Texas.

White Deer

White Deer is Shell WindEnergy’s second major commercial project in the US near Amarillo, Texas.

Colorado Green

Colorado Green, our 162 MW windpark located 23 miles south of Lamar is Colorado’s largest wind power project.

Cabazon

This project in the San Gorgonio Pass in the US, comprises of 62 turbines commenced operation in September 2002.

Egmond aan Zee

The Offshore Windfarm Egmond aan Zee project is the first large scale offshore wind park of Shell WindEnergy.

Whitewater

Whitewater Hill Wind Park in the San Gorgonio Pass is an enhancement of the capacity of an existing wind park.

Bear River

The proposed Bear River project is located in northern California, about 6 miles south of the town of Ferndale, in Humboldt County.
