Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Creating an inclusive workplace that brings out the very best from our employees is fundamental to our success. We introduced our diversity and inclusion commitment in 2001. It lays out the expectations for every Shell controlled company, and includes an assurance process and a framework for action.

Our commitment requires companies to:
