Qatar's National Vision 2030 states that: "Training and support for entrepreneurs is a basic precondition for enabling the private sector to carry out its required role". The programme includes workshops on developing business ideas and plans, and the skills required to be a successful owner-manager. Intilaaqah Qatar is part of Shell LiveWIRE.
