Shell Pakistan Limited is operating the leading network of convenience stores (C-stores) throughout Pakistan under the brand names of Select and Shell Shop. Shell is committed to constant development of the element of "convenience" in the local retail industry by offering its customers a 24-hour one-stop shopping solution in a pleasant, friendly, and secure environment. Based on the demographics of the trade area, a Select store or Shell Shop is established at potential fueling stations.

In-store Services

Select is Shell's premier brand of C-stores. The apple and sun in its logo denote freshness and pleasant environment which it has become synonymous with. Customers can choose from an array of products and services at Select stores which are operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and cater primarily to strong residential and commercial trade areas. In addition to a large variety of impulse items, Select stores carry a significant range of products from the General Merchandise and Groceries categories to cater to emergency needs of customers.

A Shell Shop provides convenience primarily to transient customers. The main focus is on impulse categories which are the basic requirements of "on the go" customers. Compared to Select, a Shell Shop is smaller in size, carries limited product categories, and operates for a minimum of 12 hours a day.

ATM's

ATM's have been installed at selected stores in Karachi and Lahore for customer convenience. With the introduction of M-net, customers of Standard Chartered, MCB, HSBC, Citibank, American Express, Credit Agricole, and Faysal Bank can utilize these ATM's. Growth in the ATM network is planned in the near future. Currently the following Select stores offer ATM service:

Dunkin Dounuts

A complete Dunkin Donuts clip-in fast food offer with counter seating is operational at Askari Select, Rashid Minhas Road. Customers can enjoy everything from their soup to sandwiches to donuts and coffee 24 hours a day.
