 Cesar A. Buenaventura, O.B.E., started his career in Shell in 1956 and moved up to become Chief Executive Officer of the Shell companies in the Philippines in 1975, until his retirement in 1990. He is currently the Managing Partner of Buenaventura, Echauz and Partners (BEP) Financial Services, and Vice Chairman of DMCI Holdings, Inc., the holding company of the largest construction firm in the Philippines. He is also President of Atlantic Gulf & Pacific Company of Manila (AG&P), the oldest and largest engineering services, industrial construction and heavy fabrication company in the Philippines.

 Ed Chua is the current country chairman of the Shell companies in the Philippines and vice president of Oil Products in the Philippines. As country chairman, Chua assumes the positions of chairman and president of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation (PSPC), president of Shell Gas Eastern Inc., Shell Gas Trading (Asia Pacific), Inc., Shell Chemicals Philippines, Inc., Shell Solar Philippines Corporation, the Shell Company of the Philippines Limited, managing director of Shell Philippines Exploration B.V. Concurrent with his role as country chairman, he is also the chairman of the Shell companies in Guam, Palau and Saipan. Before his current post, Chua was the general manager of Shells Consumer Lubricants Business for the East Zone organization, covering all countries east of the Suez Canal, including China and Australia.

 Eliseo B. Santiago is the current Vice President for Manufacturing, Supply and Distribution (MSD) of Shells Oil Products business in the East Zone covering more than 20 countries in Asia, Australia and the Middle East.As Vice President for MSD, Santiago is responsible for Shells oil refining business and its extensive product supply and distribution network in the East Zone, the largest among the oil majors in this part of the world. Santiago was country chairman of the Shell companies in the Philippines from January 2001 to September 2003. In his two-year stint as chairman of Shell in the Philippines, Santiago was accountable for the local Shell businesses.Santiago joined the Shell Group in 1971 and has had many years of experience in the Oil Products business in the field of refining, supply planning and trading, marketing and general management. He has held senior positions in the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Carribean and the United Kingdom.

 Oscar S. Reyes served as Country Chairman and Chief Executive for Shell operations in the Philippines and was cross-posted for two years to Shell International Petroleum Company in London. Here, he functioned as the Area Finance Adviser in South America and Regional Planning in the Western Hemisphere and African Region, thus giving him unprecedented breadth of experience in the global petroleum industry. Mr. Reyes also acted as General Manager in charge of Treasury and Planning of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation.

 Fernando Zobel de Ayala is the Executive Managing Director and Co-Vice Chairman of Ayala Corporation, the oldest business house and the largest diversified conglomerate in the Philippines, with principal holdings in real estate, banking and telecommunications. He is also an active member of business clubs and professional organizations namely, Young Presidents' Organization Philippines and the Harvard Club of the Philippines.  Dr. Bernardo M. Villegas is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the PSFI and is notable for his expertise in the field of economics. He is the current Dean, School of Economics of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UAP) and chairs the Center for Research and Communication (CRC). Dr. Villegas is also a Consultant on Strategic Planning and Management Development, and Member of the Board of Directors of leading firms in diverse industries including food and beverage, sugar milling, pharmaceutical, electric power, banking, information technology, construction, agribusiness, trading, transportation and engineering.

 Rafael K. Hernaez served as the Director of the Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., Shell Distribution Co., Inc., Philippine Petroleum Corp., Kamayan Realty, Inc., and Shell Energy Development Enterprises. He is currently Chairman of the Hernaez Hmnos, Inc., the Director of CLK Corporation, and proprietary member of Manila Polo Club, Alabang Country Club and Makati Sports Club. He was the past President of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.

 Raul M. Mirasol is a current Member of the Board of Trustees of PSFI. From 1987 to 1992 he managed PSFI as its Executive Director, while also serving Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. To date, Raul is a management and organization development consultant with experience in the oil industry in the Philippines, New Zealand and Brunei Darussalam.

 Rodolfo C. Naguit (Rudy) is the Country Senior Finance Officer for the Shell Companies in the Philippines (SciP). He currently sits as the Vice President Finance of the Shell Companies in the Philippines – Oil Products & Chemicals. Spanning more than 30 years of service, he has served in various capacities, mainly Finance positions, within SciP-OP. He also served as the Finance and Administration Manager of Brunei Shell Marketing Company in the mid 80’s. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as the Finance Director for the Shell Companies in Indonesia.
