 The Philippines has 78 new happy cellphone users, thanks to Shellane Cellphone Buwan Buwan promo. Simultaneous draws for the 13 sales zones were done in 11 separate venues last November 29 to come up with the first batch of winners of brand new Nokia 3310 cellphone units. The draws were supervised by the respective Distributor Management Executives and witnessed by authorized Department of Trade and Industry representatives.
