Under the agreement, Pilipinas Shell will supply fully synthetic (Shell Helix Ultra), semi-synthetic (Shell Helix Plus), and ancillary lubes to CMI. Currently, CMI operates two showrooms along EDSA Greenhills and in Bonifacio Global City. 
Signing the agreement are CATS Motors, Inc., President & CEO Felix Ang (seated, 2nd from left) and Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. Chairman and President Edgar Chua (seated, middle), witnessed by (from left to right) CATS Motors EVP & COO Jun Pe, Pilipinas Shell Lubricants Sales Manager Bryan Nazareno, and CATS Motors Manager for Parts Mitch Cruz. Also present were (l-r) Pilipinas Shell Lubricants Account Manager Chiro Yap, CATS Motors VP-After Sales Service J Delos Angeles, Lubricants Account Manager Wella Teresa Atayde, Lubricants Account Manager Jovi Hernandez, and Marketing Specialist Bong Alvarillo. The contract signing was held at the Tower Club, PhilamLife Tower in Makati City.
