Senator Pia S. Cayetano led over 300 cyclists from different parts of the country for a cause-oriented tour on bike which traversed through the Ilocos Region. The tour covered a 110-kilometer stretch, starting at Shell service station in Balaoan, La Union all the way to Vigan, Ilocos Sur. Shell service stations in Tagudin, Candon, and Narvacan served as pit stops for the participants. The fourth Bike for Hope took place on January 21, 2006.
