Listup is ongoing, according to the organizing company Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, with registration fee pegged at P50 on a first-come-first-served basis. The two-day event, ending Oct. 2, will feature the juniors, for players 20-years-old and below, and the kiddies, exclusively for players 14-years-old and below. A spirited battle for top honors is expected, this being their last chance to grab a ticket to the national finals of the annual event that has produced the likes of GM Nelson Mariano II and newly-conferred GM Mark Paragua. The juniors and kiddies champions will get P5,000 and P4,000, respectively and will be joined by the next two placers in the national finals of the annual event slated Oct. 15-16 at SM City North EDSA.
