Dubbed as "Youth Business Camp 2005," the program kicks-off with a four-day learning activity involving 150 youth from the aforementioned provinces, including Pandacan, Batangas, Mindoro, and Camarines Sur, to teach them the fundamentals of starting and managing a business. The activity will be held on April 6-9, 2005 in Pililla, Rizal which will come in three phases: Phase 1 is the actual business camp where the 30 youths from Palawan and ARMM/Mindanao together with the rest of the participants shall be provided business education and skills through workshops and simulation activities; Phase 2 is the actual presentation of the proposal by the youths to solicit loan support as well as funding; and Phase 3 is the implementation of the business to be undertaken by the youth.
