 PSPC committed to support ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc.'s (Bantay Kalikasan) "Save the La Mesa Watershed Project" which is meant to rehabilitate, protect, and develop the watershed for the purpose of water production, soil erosion prevention and flood control, carbon dioxide sink, and to serve as a bio-diversity nature park. Shell's commitment also includes the development of the La Mesa Resort Zone which will be the site of a 12,600 square meters Flower Terraces which shall be known as "La Mesa Resort Zone Shell Flower Terrace." The memorandum of agreement was signed on February 24, 2005 at the Executive Board Room of Shell House in Makati City.
