Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation is among several companies that has lent its support to this year’s Recyclables Collection Events (RCE) scheduled on April 21 to 23 at the Rockwell Power Plant Mall, ABS CBN Compound, Corinthian Car Park – Ayala Center, SM Davao Car Park and DENR – Baguio.

The public is invited to bring their recyclable wastes to buying stations set up at these areas, namely: junk computers/ electronics, used paper, used lead batteries, aluminum cans, used plastic PET containers and used toners/ cartridges. The RCE is being coordinated by The Philippine Business for the Environment, currently chaired by Edgar O. Chua, Shell companies in the Philippines Country Chairman (fourth from right). Also in photo are other sponsors/ partners, namely Unilever GM Chito Macapagal, PBE Executive Director Lisa Antonio, Bayer CropScience Manager Tess Cayton, ADB Communications Officer Cathy Reyes Angus, ADB Community Relations Head Eleanora Windisch, MetroBank Foundation Executive Director Chito Sobrepena and Toyota Manager Mon Ventura.
