Policy The Actuarial and Operating Memorandum forms the basis for Pension Fund policy. The Board establishes the ABTN for a three-year period. The point of departure is to safeguard long-term affordability of the pension scheme wherever possible. Management and administration Shell Pensioenbureau Nederland B.V. (SPN) is the manager (management company) of the Pension Fund. |

SPN is responsible for the everyday management of the Fund, administers the pension scheme and advises the Board on pensions policy. The Board remains ultimately responsible for all activities. Asset management Shell Asset Management Company B.V. (SAMCo) is responsible for managing the assets of the Pension Fund. SAMCo also advises the Board on investment policy. |
