Shell Oman Marketing has a well-established centralised Customer Service Centre (CSC) which is now located at the Company’s main office in Mina Al-Fahal. The CSC is based on a one-stop-shop concept with the objective being to provide a single point of contact for customers. Lubricant and fuel customers can get product and technical information, check delivery schedules, place orders, make payments or seek clarification of accounts. Customer complaints are attended to, and problems solved quickly and efficiently, by trained and experienced staff. |
