Shell Oman’s all improved Customer Service Centre (CSC) is a portfolio of services that includes the all new Call Centre, technical assistance, emergency service, and customer complaint management - all developed to support the customer’s requirements.

 

The CSC operates 6 days in a week, receiving, directing and managing customer requests. The CSC records issues, collects the necessary information, directs the information to the appropriate personnel, and tracks the progress with the customer orders management system to provide efficient and fast feedback to customers by our qualified, experienced and dedicated Customer Service Team.

Our new Call Centre is the one-stop-shop where with just one phone call you can check the status of the ordered product deliveries, make account enquiries and obtain information on all Shell Products & Services.

- Operates 6 days a week (Saturday to Wednesday - 7.00 am to 5.00 pm & Thursday - 7.00 am to 2.00 pm)
- “Tell Shell” is a Dedicated 24 hrs Toll Free number for all customer’s complaints
